Frankenstein & Monster Invade the 601

On Monday, Frankenstein and Monster paid a visit to the 601. Frankenstein couldn't wait to hit the pool... in fact we were there before 8:30! We had so much fun splashing around, playing with boogie boards and one of our many pool toys.

While Monster pretended to be Godzilla and explore the library, Elle & Frankenstein began to write a story about four girls who magically turned into mermaid's. Frankenstein was so excited about being able to type up a story of her own. Monster helped her big sister by banging on the keyboard from time to time. The story turned out pretty cute... and Frankenstein was incredibly proud of her work.

Soon, it was time for Monster's nap. That's when things got serious. Elle & Franksenstein played the most intense Battleship Competition imaginable.

When Aunt Ashley got home (and with Monster back with her parents), it was time for the real fun to begin! We spent the rest of the night building our own pizzas, swimming in the pool and playing with the Domino Rally game we bought for Frankenstein's Birthday.
