Happy "Gotcha Day" Ricochet!
One year ago today our little Crash "Ricochet" came into our lives. We watched him get tossed out of a car and scamper off into the bushes. From the moment I held him in my arms, I knew he belonged with us. After spending 365 days with this little character, Ashley is convinced that he jumped out of the window. Then again, she also thinks he may be a member of ISIS so there's that.
The last year has been rather interesting for him. Two doctors and a nurse told us he was a she. For the first month of his life we were referring to him as a "her". It wasn't until he was on the operating table, about to be spayed, when the doctor went to catheterize him and realized he was missing his lady bits.
Only in our world.
It's not surprise that our little boy has some identity issues. Now that he's older, he thinks he is one of the pups. He sleeps and wrestles with Lady Belle and Parker. He runs to the door every time the girls are let outside to go potty and he bolts towards their food bowls when it's time for them to eat.
All hail the king of our castle, Ricochet. Happy first Gotcha Day little buddy!
